 ZDB/Z2DB type pressure Control Valve is a pilot relief valve of modular construction for limiting system pressure. It comprised of valve body (1) and one or two inserted type pressure valve (2). The pressure in A oil line is acting on the spool (3); Meantime, going through the throttling hole (4), the pressure is acting on loading side spring of the spool (3), and also from throttling hole (5) on cone spool (6). If the pressure of A oil line exceeds the setting up valve of the spring (7), the oil fluid goes through throttling hole (4) (5) and hole (8) from A oil line into T oil line, and then it will produce pressure drop on the spool (3), the spool (3) moves on to the spring for opening, the oil fluid will go through from A port to T port.
