With Automatic high speed flow and compensation function under the setting pressure. Comparing with fixed displacement vane pump, it has lower consumption and heat radiation.
It is stable and noiseless, meeting requirements of indoor operation, especially suitable for applying to machine tool.
It has different adjustment range of pressure and flow for choice.

Instructions:
Rotation Direction: Clockwise direction is standard while counterclockwise direction is a special style.
Hydraulic oil: below 70bar ,using oil in viscosity of 30-50cSt(ISO VG32) when temperatuers approaching 40 degrees.
Pressure of oil drain pipe: please directly connect pipe below oil level in the tank, and maintain the matching pipe below 0.3bar
Working oil temperatuer: 15-60 ºC for constant rotation
Concentric mate: Eccentricity erro between pump spindle and motor shaft is 0.05mm, and angular deviation is 1°
Inlet pressure: Pressure of suction port is between -0.3bar~0.3bar
Adjustment of displacement: Loose adjusting nut, and then rotate adjusting screw, turning right to reduce the flow.
Adjustment of pressure: Turning the pressure adjusting screw to right to decrease the output pressure. Vice verse.
Max. peak: ≤140 bar
New maching rotation: Start the motor over and over again at no pressure condition, to eliminate air in pump and oil suction pipe, and guarantee no air in the pipe. The new machine could ratate for 10 minutues under the condition of no load.
