Application

DR type pressure valve is pilot-operated pressure valve, it is for controlling return line at twice.

Model description

Principle of operation DR type pressure valve is a pilot-operated reducing valve, it is for controlling return oil line at twice. They are mainly comprised of main valve (1), main valve with inserting piece (3) and a pilot valve (2) with adjusting pressure component. On static position, the valve is opened, the oil can freely flow through B port from inserting piece (3) of main spool into A oil port. A port oil pressure is acting on the bottom of main spool. Meantime it is acting on the ball (6) inside the pilot valve (2). From throttling hole (4), the pressure oil is acting on loading side spring of main spool (3). By going through oil port (5), the same pressure which goes through throttling hole (7), control oil line (8) check valve (9) and throttling hole (10) is acting on the ball (6). According to setting up valve of the spring (11), the pressure will be established on the former ball, inside of oil port and spring chamber. It can keep the control piston opening. The oil can freely go through B port from inserting piece (3) of main spool into A port. When A port pressure exceeds over setting up valve of spring (11) and opens the ball valve (6), the control piston will move to closing position.When the pressure of A port balance with setting up valve of the spring, it can obtain expectation reducing pressure valve.The control oil goes through control oil line (15) from spring chamber (14) passing by outside to drain into the reservoir.By mounting a selectable check valve, it can realize the oil flowing return freely.Gauge pressure connection port is allowed of monitoring for A port reducing pressure.
