Principle of operation Type DZ pilot-operated sequence valve is used for sequence acting with pressure controlling in hydraulic system.Type DZ valve is combined a pilot valve, main valve with insert spool and a check valve whick can be elective.According to circumstances for controlling oil of supply and drain, be composed different type( See symbol of diagram ). Type DZ…-30/21

The pressure oil of A port flows through passage(2) into dumper(1)which on the pilot valve of the controlling piston. At the same time, the pressure oil also flows past dumper(5)which acting on the main spool(6)of the top cavity. When the pressure of A cavity exceeds the rated valve of the spring(7), the controlling piston will move to the spring(7)the oil of main spool (6)top cavity flows through(8). Controlled side 14 and passage(9)into B cavity. The differential pressure is caused on the main spool(6)and it is opened by the pressure. The A cavity and B cavity are connected with oil and the opening pressure is constant by the spring(7)force.
The leakage oil of the controlling piston will flow to B cavity with inner passage(10).
If the oil flows from B cavity to A cavity, please elect the structure with inner check valve. Type DZ…30/21X

The principle of operation is the same for the type DZ…-30/21. Only the input mode of controlling oil is different. The controlling oil of type DZ…-30/21X flows through passage(2)from outside. Type DZ…-30/21Y

The principle of operation is the same for DZ…-30/21. Only the drain mode of the controlling piston with leakage is different.
The leakage oil of the controlling piston for the type DZ…-30/21Y must exhaust from passage(10)or (11) to reservoir under no back pressure condition.
The controlling oil goes through passage(9)to B cavity. Type DZ…-30/21XY

The pressure oil of X cavity goes through passage(2),damper(1)which acting on the controlling piston(3)of the pilot valve(4). At the same time, the pressure of A cavity goes through the damper(5)which acting on the top cavity of the main spool(6). When the pressure of X cavity exceeds the rated valve of the spring(7), the controlling piston will move to the spring(7). Because of the piston(3)moving, the oil of top cavity main spool through(8)and hole(15)to the spring cavity(12)of the pilot valve(4). Thus the pressure oil flows from A cavity to B cavity under hardly any pressure loss condition. In order to attain the goal of unloading.
The oil of the spring cavity(12)exhausts from passage(10)or(11)to reservoir under no back pressure condition. If the pressure oil flows from B to A, please elect the structure with a check valve.
